We are confident that our merchandise is high quality. We guarantee all products to be free from manufacturing defects. Should you receive a defective stencil from us, please call 1-877-692-6533 ext 116 or e-mail us at  and we will gladly replace the item immediately for you.

Return Policy
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If your stencil is damaged please let us know so we can send you a replacement right away. We may ask you to return the damaged stencil to us and will require you use the original packaging and box to do so.

 

 All other returns of unopened stencils are subject to a 20% restocking and processing charge. All returns must be pre authorized and in original packaging.

 

There are absolutely no returns on Custom Designs. If your custom arrives defective, please contact us and we will send you a replacement.

 

 Please contact us at before sending any stencils back for a Return Merchandise Authorization number”. Without a RMA number from us, no refunds will be given. As well, if a stencil has been used, no refund will be given. Extra Shipping charges are not refundable.
